Dr. Mehmet Suat Yılmaz was born in 1992 in Ankara. He completed his primary education at Bahçelievler Primary School and Hıdırlık Tepe Primary School, and his secondary and high school education at TED Polatlı College with a full education scholarship. He was entitled to receive the same scholarship until the end of his university education and continued his education with a scholarship until his undergraduate education. He started his undergraduate education in Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2011, completed his first compulsory summer internship in 2014 at Ankara University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for one month and the second compulsory summer internship in Ospedale Per Animali DA Compagnia / Moncalieri, Torino / Italy in 2015. in a private animal hospital for three months within the scope of the Erasmus Plus program. After completing his 5-year undergraduate education in 2016, he completed his doctoral thesis titled “Clinical and Radiographic Examination of the Treatment of Humerus and Femur Fractures in Cats with Tie-in External Fixator” in the Department of Surgery of the same faculty in 2016. He received the title of Doctor in 2021.

As of September 2021, he started to work as a lecturer at the Near East University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Surgery.
